Fees for services are charged at either an hourly rate, flat rate, or per diem depending on the assignment. We never charge a fee based on a percentage of value or on a contingency basis. Comprehensive fee schedules are available upon request.
Appraisal Reports for Insurance Loss and Damage Claims (Insured or Insurers), Estate Valuation/Estate Planning, Property Division/Divorce, Charitable Contribution/Gift Tax. Other services may include Consultations for Acquisition and/or Sale; Market Surveys for Sales Advisory; Inventories for numerous uses including Asset Planning.
For Individual or Corporate Collections may include: Assessing project parameters and developing a scope of work; assembling a team of professionals; coordinating logistics and time management; facilitating assignment conclusion and/or work product delivery.
May include inventory prepared in a standardized, comprehensive format using Collections Management software; assessing display, conservation and storage needs of collection; providing recommendations/referrals for professional services such as conservation and/or restoration. Collections Management could also include consultations regarding brokerage, sales venues, object research or market studies for use in donations, sales, insurance, lending or loan collateral.
Including but not limited to preparation of an impartial USPAP compliant appraisal report for the intended use of litigation; prepare for/provision of testimony at a deposition; prepare for/provision of testimony in court as a fact witness; provide a professional opinion as a Court-accepted expert; preparing for discovery; review of documents/depositions; assessment of other "experts" appraisal report reviews for USPAP compliance, preparing for trial.
